Ad Concept Exploration for Länk

Länk is a job platform for nurses wanting to switch to a better work environment. The goal of this project was to explore different ad creative directions, to see which resonates best with the target audience. Concept 1 - Emotional / Positive Outcome This concept focuses on the positive outcome of switching jobs through Länk. Concept 2 - Comparison / Pain Point (splitscreen) This concept uses a split-screen comparison to highlight the contrast between an unsatisfying job and a better alternative. Concept 3 - UGC / Text-Driven This concept is inspired by user-generated content and focuses on text-heavy messaging to communicate value quickly. This project demonstrates an approach to designing ad creatives that balance performance thinking with strong visual identity. The result is a set of flexible creatives that could be used for testing and scaling within paid campaigns.
